Welcome to our new website. This site is intended to be a place of sharing of how Gaming Disorder has affected your life and those you love and care about. This has been a long time coming. I have seen so many individuals that have lost years of their lives. Some have become suicidal and some that indeed took their own life. This site is a tribute to them.

Gaming Disorder has two elements that are important to understand. First, excess gaming can mask underlying serious mental health conditions. Untreated, these conditions can lead to tragic consequences. Second Gaming Disorder will not go away on its own. it is critical to find a specialist that can help. While many claim to treat "internet addiction", check their profile and see if it is  a good fit. One good resource is Psychology Today. You can view therapists by location and specialty.
